Hi, I’m Lynda Foster – a specialist in trauma recovery and EMDR – gently guiding people towards healing from painful life experiences.
Many of the challenges we face today – anxiety, burnout, low self-esteem, or difficulties in relationships – are rooted in earlier painful or traumatic experiences.
We can’t change the past – but we can choose to heal. And I’ll work with you to lessen the past’s influence on your present.
Together we’ll move beyond surface-level coping to gently uncover and process the experiences shaping any current struggles. I use evidence-based EMDR therapy and other tools – to support deep, lasting, healing and growth.
As someone who’s also experienced trauma, I understand how important safety, trust, and choice are in the healing process. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and always focused on you — your pace, your needs, and your story.
