Hello, I’m Lynda Foster – a psychotherapist, trauma specialist, and EMDR therapist – working across Nottingham, Derby, and online.

Through our work together you can begin to feel calmer, able to tolerate emotions and manage your responses, address fears about the future, and feel equipped to move forwards.

My approach includes evidence-based EMDR therapy and other techniques. EMDR is a psychotherapy that helps you to process emotions and experiences.
