Online Academic Supervision
Helping therapists achieve their academic goals
Hello, I’m Lynda!
Academic supervision is quite different to clinical supervision, requiring a specific academic skillset that’s difficult to find in our profession.
As a qualified psychotherapist with an academic background, I help qualified and trainee counsellors/psychotherapists to achieve their academic goals.
Before becoming a psychotherapist, I was an Assistant Professor at the University of Nottingham for 14 years, where I taught and supervised degree, masters, and PhD level students. I also published my research and reviewed other researchers’ work. See some of my work here.
I combine academic supervisory skills and my experience of doing qualitative case study research, with knowledge of psychotherapy, to support you in completing assignments and dissertations, or in meeting the requirements of accreditation.
I offer different levels of support depending on your needs, this includes one-to-one meetings to discuss research, and reviews of written work with feedback provided.
If you’re interested in my service see the sample packages illustrated below. These can be tailored to meet your unique needs. Please contact me by email for more information and details of my pricing structure.
