As well as a trauma therapist specialising in EMDR, I’m also an integrative psychotherapist trained in talk therapy.
It’s hard to find a space where you’re not just listed to, but truly heard. My talk therapy creates this space – allowing you to explore – in depth – what’s troubling you and reflect on it, while just being yourself.
My approach is focused on cultivating your personal growth. Self understanding is a major part of this. And I guide you to develop it by asking pertinent questions, and offering insight based on my knowledge and clinical experience. I help you to process emotions and offer practical tools and suggestions to help you cope with life and relationships.

How my talk therapy can help you
If you suspect your problems could be rooted in past trauma then my EMDR therapy service could be more helpful.
But many common themes come up in my work with clients that aren’t always trauma-related e.g. relationship difficulties. So, you may still find talk therapy helpful.
